Listen & Learn - Navigating the emotional rollercoaster of a job search

Although not videly shared, it is rarely an easy time when you are in between jobs. The inner and outside pressure, the uncertainty, the doubts - can be heavy to carry at times.

Join us for an HCD Listen & Learn for a session leveraging the Puzzle framework (/theepuzzle.com), with the objective to cope with the emotional roller coaster that triggers a job seach. 

In this session, we will cover :

• Being aware of how the mechanisms triggering how we think and feel, and leverage this knowledge to boost your resilience. 
• Learn concrete tips to live well "with it". 

What we will gain from the session:

1. Acknowledge when we are not helping ourselves
2. Understand why this is happening
3. Give ourselfes space 
4. Address the root causes, so this happens less and less over time

We can’t change what happens to us, but we can change how we live with it.
